Excotek Ltd – Trial Laptop Offer Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the trial laptop offer provided by Excotek Ltd. By availing yourself of this offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

1. **Eligibility**: This trial laptop offer is available to individual customers aged 18 years or above. It is limited to one laptop per customer.
2. **Duration**: The trial period for the laptop is limited to 7 days, starting from the date of delivery or collection, whichever is earlier. The laptop must be returned to Excotek Ltd by the end of the trial period.
3. **Stock Availability**: This offer is subject to stock availability. Excotek Ltd reserves the right to limit the number of trial laptops available and may discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice.
4. **Condition of the Laptop**: The laptop provided for the trial period is in good working condition and free from any major defects. It is the responsibility of the customer to handle the laptop with care and return it in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.
5. **Return Process**: At the end of the trial period, the customer must return the laptop to Excotek Ltd. The customer is responsible for packaging the laptop securely and covering the shipping costs for returning the laptop.
6. **Late Returns**: If the laptop is not returned to Excotek Ltd within the specified trial period, the customer will be invoiced for the full retail price of the laptop. The invoice is payable within 14 days from the date of issuance.
7. **Damages or Loss**: The customer is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the laptop during the trial period. In case of damage or loss, the customer will be responsible for the full repair or replacement cost of the laptop.
8. **Data Removal**: The customer is responsible for removing any personal data or files from the laptop before returning it. Excotek Ltd is not liable for any data left on the laptop after its return.
9. **Limitation of Liability**: Excotek Ltd shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the trial laptop, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of productivity, or any other financial loss.
10. **Modification**: Excotek Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this trial laptop offer, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
